None of these ETFs offer staking. The SEC has not approved staking within the ETF structure. But ETH as an asset generates yield for network participants who stake their holdings. If staking integration ever receives approval, the product's attractiveness changes categorically. That possibility forms a separate chapter entirely - one that regulators will write gradually, if at all.
Efficiency without liquidity is just an illusion. And without clarity on several of these issues, the liquidity story remains incomplete.
The Takeaway: What the Next Ten Trading Days Will Decide
The September opening print is a positive signal. It deserves acknowledgment. It does not deserve celebration.
